Great balance of flavor! Ramps have been hard to come by near me, and this is a great way to add a little extra flavor to any dish. Just do keep in mind that this is at least half salt, half ramp so if you’re adding this to a recipe be sure to accommodate for that! Really makes adding a touch of ramp flavor to anything and everything super easy! Really great quality.
